Purdue Calumet alumni to host networking social, Monday (6/16)

The Purdue Alumni Association–Calumet (PAAC) is hosting a business card exchange for Purdue Calumet alumni and their guests at Three Floyds Brew Pub in Munster, Monday (6/16) from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

The cost to attend is $10 for PAAC members and $15 for others.

In addition to an opportunity to make new business contacts and friends, the event will feature a brewery tour, presentation, guided beer tasting, Q&A with a Three Floyd’s brewer and signature hors d’oeurves.

Attendees should bring plenty of business cards.

Purdue Calumet Director of Alumni Relations Leticia Toma calls the event “an excellent opportunity to market oneself and network with others. In today’s competitive world, so much depends on who you know – learning job leads, expanding one’s consumer base and getting career advice,” she said.

Three Floyd’s Brew Pub is located at 9750 Indiana Parkway, west of Calumet Avenue and south of 45th Street.
