Biography:
Samuel Zinaich, Jr. (Ph. D. Bowling Green State University) is Associate Professor of Philosophy at Purdue University Calumet. Dr. Zinaich has published and lectured on a wide variety of topics including John Locke’s moral theory, abortion, virtue theory, and philosophical counseling. He has authored one book: John Locke’s Moral Revolution: from Nature Law to Moral Relativism (University Press of America, 2006), and co-edited one other book: Ethics for the Professions (Wadsworth/Thomas Learning, 2001). Currently, Dr. Zinaich is the Secretary and Treasurer for the American Society for Philosophy, Counseling, and Psychotherapy.
