List of Faculty by Specialty
When creating a thesis committee or an exam committee, students should be aware of English professors’ particular areas of expertise. Students who decide to write a thesis are advised to choose three faculty members who have expertise in their chosen thesis topic. Students who select the exam option should choose one faculty member from three of the four possible areas that they wish to be tested on: (1) Early British Literature (2) Later British Literature (3) American Literature (4) Composition/Rhetoric
