Description: Cell/Tissue culture is a hand-on laboratory course focusing on animal cell/tissue culture for biomedical research and biotechnology industry.  In addition to basic cell culture techniques which include media preparation, aseptic techniques, routine cell maintenance and the freezing of cells for storage, selected methods in immunocytochemisty, genetic engineering, and cell imaging will be covered.
